Customer Services/Account Executive WATFORD

Contactum has an exciting opportunity to join their Customer Service Team based in Watford. The role will involve managing key accounts and being the main point of contact for those customers, taking orders and answering any queries.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing Key Accounts and being the main point of contact for those customers, answering any queries
  • Receiving and processing customer orders
  • Resolving issues for orders already placed
  • Dealing with customers queries
  • Liaising with Distributor Sales Managers in relation to prices, terms and lead times

What you will need:

  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite
  • Experience communicating with customers on a regular basis
  • Experience of using CRM and/or SAP would be an advantage
  • Experience working within electrical wholesaler or distributors would also be an advantage.
