Duties to include:

 

-Sales Order Input

-Answering telephone calls & receiving customer queries

-Liaising with team of area sales Managers with regard to customer orders etc

-Participating in general office duties

 

Candidates must have a polite & helpful telephone manner.

After training candidates will need to show a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders

 

Hours of working:  Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

                                4.30pm Finish Fridays

 

Lunch:                   1 hour per day

 

Holidays:                25 days Annual leave

Area Sales Manager Positions

Formed in 1936, Contactum are a well respected UK manufacturer of wiring devices, circuit protection and associated products based in London. Due to our expansion plans we have a number of exciting field based sales opportunities available nationally.

Responsible for developing sales of the company’s products throughout a defined area in the UK you will have a history of successful field sales in the electrical marketplace selling via electrical distributors. You will be expected to account manage existing customers to maximise their potential and also identify and develop additional new customers to achieve area sales targets. A technical background would be desirable although not essential.

Purchasing Manager- based in Cricklewood (NW2)

You will be reporting to the Technical Manager and you will be an experienced Purchasing Manager who will be heading up a busy Purchasing Department dealing on a global basis.

 

You must have profession procurement experience with strong negotiation and communication skills. You will have good working knowledge of MRP systems and have excellent IT skills. You will preferably have purchasing experience within the electrical accessory and circuit protection industry. CIPS is preferable.
